7:05 PM I made a stream, set up and prayed for and took my pills, took my vit C and my fish oil, ate BBQ chips and a can of Mandarine Oranges, and am now finishing that and writing in my 70'th Diary.

TUESDAY

12:00 AM CDT

"Fore!", I said, as a Happy Saint was about to take a swing at a packing peanut with a foam club. It was a Sunday evening and that morning there had been a potluck. The next Sunday morning, I had slept in, electing not to go to a Church or church in the AM or PM. The day following that, I went to a Counselling appointment at Grace United Methodist church, driven there to see Traci Carpenter, my new Counselor, by Pete Winstead. She asked me questions about my lust and anger problem and about my past. We worked out the following plan:


*Let Pastor Pete hold on to my laptop for me for now.
*Exercise every day, including a lot of walking on nice days.
*Read Scriptures every day.
*Read a lot more every day.
*Turn my phone off and put it up every night.

After my appointment, Pete took my laptop and took me up to the local library, where I checked out 5 Star Wars books, and read 12 Star Wars books and one kids' book on Opposites. I also wrote yesterday's Diary entry at the library, starting Diary 71 there, or this Diary.

Pastor Pete took me home, where I took care of my cat Galadriel, took my pills, listened to 'The Last Jedi' Audiobook I had checked out and downloaded on the Libby App on my phone, and went to bed until Midnight, when I wrote in my Diary.

The first book I checked out of the library in Michigan but stopped reading, judging the book because the writers were atheists. The second book I foolishly gave away before I could finish reading it.

I also want to read more of the available Dead Sea Scrolls on gnosis.org, under Dead Sea Scrolls.

TUESDAY

I learned a new tool at counseling which ended up not working.-Meditating on the Lord's prayer as slow as possible, timing myself if necessary.

My Counselor wants me to practice talking slower so I'll think slower because I have racing thoughts.

Pastor Pete and I went to the CSL, Joy's, the bank, the library, and to counseling, and to a Mexican restaurant  where I had three tacos. I also went to Walmart where I got catfood, cat litter and paper towels, garbage bags and Scotch brite dish scrubbers.

Thank You, Father, for all Pastor Pete's, Thy and my counselors help today. Amen.

I don't know if I will be able to keep Galadriel.
Fred wants $209 up front and irreversible surgery  done to the cat. I want to pass her on to a family  that won't do those things to her and that can keep her.
